Stations of the Cross will be at Noon every Friday during Lent. If you are unable to come to Stations the Parish App will have the Stations recorded so that you can worship at home.
2020 CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS CHANGE OF PROCESS Because it’s more difficult to reach all parishioners this year, contribution statements will be mailed to all the people who requested a statement last year and to all new registered parishioners who have donated over $250.00 to St Jude for the year. Father Gray has gone to visit his mother. He will be gone all week. There will be no 8 am Mass at St. Jude. Mass intentions for the week will be offered by Father Jim while he is away. He plans to be back for Saturday Mass at 4 PM.
Father Gray will distribute Holy Communion to people in their cars after the 10 AM Mass on both Christmas Day and New Year's Day. All are welcome, regardless of parish affiliation.
The booklets for the St. Jude Novena are available for Homebound parishioners of St. Jude and the former Holy Trinity parishioners. Do you know someone who is homebound and would like to participate? Call Marigrace Clarke at 314-423-6057 and let her know. The novena booklet will be delivered to their home. If you are homebound and see this news call Marigrace and she will deliver a booklet to you.
The St. Jude Novena will be held for nine days starting Tuesday, October 20, 2020 and ending on the Feast of St. Jude, Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Evening Mass during the week will be at 7 PM with Novena prayers. Novena prayers are said at the weekend Mass on Saturday at 4 PM and Sunday at 9 AM.
Father Gray will be away from the parish on vacation from September 14-25, 2020. There will be no Masses at the parish during this time. The parish office will be open during the regular hours.
Installation Mass for Archbishop Rozanski will take place on August 25, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis. A livestream will be available on the the Archdiocese of St.Louis YouTube channel or Facebook page. The Mass will also air live on EWTN, Catholic TV and Covenant Network Catholic Radio.
